The story behind the coffee
A rare form of coffee 'peas', complex and fruity. Inside a ripening coffee cherry nestle two twin beans, very occasionally coffee develops to form a single round 'pea' which grows to fill the cherry - hence the term 'peaberry'. These prized peas are considered to have a more developed flavour and special sieves are used to separate them from the rest of the crop.
Preparation and Storage
On average 1 teaspoon or more according to your taste. Once opened reseal your bag of coffee with the 'ziplock' and store in a cool dry place. Use within 2-3 weeks of opening for ground and 4 weeks for beans.
