The story behind the coffee

Sigri Coffee comes from the plantations in the Wahgi Valley in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea at an altitude of 1600m. It is obtained from the Typica variety which is best suited to the Papua New Guinea climate due to its cool conditions and plentiful rain. The coffee cherries are carefully hand-picked and then pulped on the same day, they are then dried out naturally in the sun.
